The Sliwa Creative-designed property profile newsletter has driven a record number of visitors to the UpMyStreet website. The number of page impressions on the day that Issue One was sent out was over 100,000 more than the previous high.
Unsolicited user feedback has been tremendous, with comments such as "very informative", "easily navigated" and "well laid out".
A graphical email designed by Sliwa Creative for uSwitch led to a record number of people switching their home phone service.
The email was opened by 40% of recipients, compared to the usual figure of 20% for this type of email from uSwitch. The click-through rate (CTR) was 8%, compared with a previous average of 2-3%.
The transaction rate was 3%, a big increase on the average 0.5%.
